It has the enforce abilities of test piece level, chamber segment and large product thermal test, and has the ability to design contoured heaters with complex structures. It has load control capability of multi-temperature zone, heat flow /temperature with maximum heat flow 500kW／m2, and maximum temperature 1000℃.
