重点开发研究了以30CrMnSiA、 0406A及30Cr3SiNiMoV等牌号的高强钢激光电弧复合焊接工艺, 焊缝质量达到QJ1842A-2011 I级标准, 该项技术处于国内领先水平, 发布了航天行业标准QJ20623-2016《高强钢激光熔化极气体保护复合焊接工艺规范》。 已经应用到某型号高压燃气结构件上, 实现一次合格率99.5%, 效率提高10倍,能耗降低95%, 累计交付产品1000余件,并推广应用到直径达。1000mm的固体火箭发动机燃烧室壳体上。 另外, 为某厂定制了整套固体火箭发动机壳体激光电弧复合焊接装备与工艺,开发了直径φ400mm和φ600mm壳体激光电弧复合焊接工艺并形成了生产能力。
It has focused on the development and research of high-strength steel laser arc hybrid welding technology with brands such as 30CrMnSiA, D406A and 30Cr3SiNiMoV. The quality of the weld seam has reached Grade I of QJ1842A-2011and the technology is at the domestic leading level. It has released ”high strength steel laser melting polar gas protection compound welding process specification” with standard QJ20623-2016 in the aerospace industry .It has been applied to a certain type of high pressure gas structure with the achievement of a first pass rate of 99.5%, efficiency of 10 times higher, and energy consumption reducing by 95%. More than 1000 products are delivered and applied to the combustion chamber shell of a solid rocket engine with a diameter of 1000mm. In addition, a complete set of laser arc composite welding equipment and technology for solid rocket motor shell has been customized for a factory. It has developed laser arc composite welding process of diameter ofφ400 mm and φ600 mm shell and has formed the production capacity
