ZL114A是在ZL101A合金基础上增加镁元素的含量发展起来的Al-Si-Mg系高强度铸造铝合金。它既具有优良的铸造工艺性能，又具有较ZL101A合金更高的力学性能。

在航空制造业中，利用该合金的优越特性制造出些重要部位的大型薄壁结构件代替铝合金钣金结构组合件， 具有较大的经济效益。

ZL 101A is an aluminum- silicon - magnesium cast aluminum alloy with high strength whichis developed by increasing magnesium content to ZL 114A alloy. It has excellent casting performance and higher mechanical properties than that of ZL 101A alloy
