ZL104属可热处理强化的铝-硅-镁系铸造铝合金。具有优良的铸造工艺性能,合金有形成针孔的倾向,在消除针孔条件下,可达到很高的致密性和气密性,合金熔炼工艺复杂。在潮湿大气中有较高的耐蚀性、无应力腐蚀倾向。焊接性良好,可氩弧焊、 气焊。切削加工性较差, 热处理后硬度提高, 加工性得以改善。
该合金适用于砂型或金属型铸造万法制造形状复杂的薄壁零件, 或中等载荷而且工作温度不超过180℃的飞机和发动机零件。如:机匣、框架、缸体等。也可采用压力铸造方法。
ZL 104 is an aluminum -silicon - magnesium alloy that can be strengthened through heat treatment. It has excellent casting processibility, and the alloy has the tendency to form pinholes. If the pinholes are removed, it has high density and air tightness. The melting process of the alloy is complex. In moist atmosphere, it has high corrosion resistance and no stress corrosion tendency. It has good weldability, which can adopt argon arc welding and gas welding. It has poor machinability, and the hardness is increased after heat treatment, thus improving the machinability.
The alloy is suitable for sand mold and metal mold casting method to make thin-walled pa「ts with complex shapes, or airplane and engine spare parts with medium load and working temperature does not exceeding 180℃,such as casing, frame, cylinder, etc. It can also adopt pressure casting method.
