TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) is currently the most commonly used titanium alloy. It has excellent casting processibility and hot forming processibility, which is often used in the main bearing components in aviation and aerospace fields.
We have mastered titanium alloy revestment precision casting, hot Creep forming and other key technologies, and can realize the overall forming of all details on the inner wall of the cabin. The cabin, skeleton, cable cover and other typical products developed by our institute have already been applied in some weapons.
